Getting started
First steps
A short path from an empty account to a usable one. You do not have to finish it in one sitting.
1. Look around
Open Home. The sidebar has an Income group and an Expenses group. The purple New button at the top offers Send Invoice and Add Expense.

2. Add one expense
Choose Add Expense, or open Expenses → Invoices and upload a PDF or photo. The app reads the vendor, date, amount, VAT, and invoice number. The result waits in Pending until you approve it. Approved expenses are the ones that count.
Details: Recording expenses.
3. Put your business on the documents
Open Settings → Business details and save your legal name, address, and tax id. Issued PDFs use what you save here.
4. Issue one draft
Choose Send Invoice. Pick a customer (or add one), a document type, and the lines. You can save a draft before you issue. Issuing locks the document: after that you correct it with a credit document, not by editing.
Details: Issuing documents.
5. Connect the Tax Authority when you need allocation numbers
If a tax invoice is above the current threshold, InvoLoops asks the Israel Tax Authority for an allocation number at issue time. That only works after the business has authorized InvoLoops on gov.il. An administrator does this once under Taxes → ITA.
Details: Allocation numbers and reporting.
6. Invite the person who keeps the books
Settings → Team. They get their own login. You choose what they can see and change. You do not share your password.
Details: Team members and roles.
