Using InvoLoops
These articles are the product guide. They are written once, in the repository, and this page renders them. The API reference is the other half of the same docs site — endpoints are not repeated here.
Getting started
- What is InvoLoops?
InvoLoops keeps both halves of your bookkeeping in one place: the invoices you receive (expenses) and the legal Israeli documents you issue (income).
- Creating your account
Sign up with email or Google, confirm the address, and you land in an empty account that is already yours alone.
- First steps
A short path from an empty account to a usable one. You do not have to finish it in one sitting.
- Navigating the app
One sidebar. Income on one side, expenses on the other, tax tools and settings underneath.
Expenses
- Recording expenses
Supplier invoices stay out of your numbers until you approve them.
Income Studio
- Issuing documents
Drafts are editable. Issued documents are not. A mistake after issue is fixed with a credit document.
Israeli tax compliance
- Allocation numbers and reporting
What the Tax Authority requires on the documents you issue, and where InvoLoops does that work.
Dashboards and reports
- Dashboards
Overviews read approved expenses and issued documents. Pending uploads are not in the totals yet.
Team and access
- Team members and roles
Invite your bookkeeper, accountant, or a colleague into your account — each with their own login and only the permissions you choose.
Settings and billing
- Settings, billing, and security
Business identity, how the PDF looks, who pays for the hosted service, and how you sign in.
Integrations
- API, webhooks, and MCP
Programs talk to InvoLoops through the API reference. This page only tells you where that is, so the instructions cannot drift apart.
