Resolve duplicate uploads

How InvoLoops detects duplicates, what a duplicate group looks like, and the actions available for keeping one row and dismissing the rest.
How duplicates are detected
Duplicate detection runs after every successful extraction. The system flags two invoices as a likely duplicate when they share enough of: vendor, invoice number, invoice date, amount, and currency. Detection is scoped per account, so other users' invoices never trigger a match.
The Duplicates page
Open Duplicates from the top nav. The page header shows a Copy icon, the title "Duplicates", and a count badge with the total number of unresolved groups. A short summary line under the title reads, e.g., "3 groups · 7 total invoices". If there are no duplicates, you'll see a friendly empty state instead.
Duplicate groups
Each group is a card listing the invoices that match each other. The header shows the shared signal (e.g. "Acme Ltd · 1,234.56 ILS") and the number of invoices in the group. Click a group to expand it. Inside, each row shows the invoice date, amount, status, and the upload source so you can spot which copy came from which channel (manual upload vs. email forwarding vs. API).
Actions per row
Inside an expanded group: • Open — jumps to the invoice detail page so you can compare attachments and notes. • Keep — marks this row as the canonical copy and removes the others from charts (the others stay in the database, flagged as duplicates). • Dismiss — tells the system this isn't actually a duplicate; the group disappears. After you resolve every group, the page returns to its empty state.
